Problems after Battery Replacement (Blinkers/Radio/Dash: Lights)

I've recently changed my battery after my last one kept dying on me. Now, car runs fine;

But ever since I changed to the new battery my Blinkers aren't working at all (hazards do work though) and my radio and dashboard are extremely dim to the point where it looks like their completely off.

Does anyone know why this is? How can I fix this?

have you checked the fuses. Theres a special procedure for connecting battery, ignition key on pos2 then connect battery. I must say ive only recently learned this and always forget to do it.

1. Connect positive battery cable.
2. Key in POS II.
3. Connect negative battery cable.
