this is an s60 02 2.4l base non-turbo model.. I picked it p used with a rough idle/hard start issue, which i am still troubleshooting.. Got a VXDIAG and it spit out more codes than i'd like to see.. Car drives/shifts fine, just hard start and rough at idle are what i'm tweaking on now..
I've replaced, MAS, CAM sensor, coils are aftermarket but less than a yr old, checked timing (was fine), new timing belt tensioner, also got a throttlebody from a yard.. so far with all the above still have same symptoms.. with the VXDIAG i was happy to get more in-depth codes, however where to start seems to be my next issue.. Any guidance would be amazing..

Start by clearing all the DTCs and see what comes back. Some of them maybe artifacts from hiccups or problems long gone. Such as a weak battery that has been replaced.

12.3V is about 50% charged. 100% is about 12.7V after a 30 minute rest. Low voltage can produce all kinds of false DCTs.

These are inactive (past) codes. Engine won't start with some of them in active state, like ECM-310A. Can your tool show only active codes?
Most of the codes are from low voltage.

The electrolyte is stratified in terms of concentration. That is why it 13.09V. Deep discharges will do that. If you keep it on a charger it will work itself out.
