Spark Advance S70

Hello,

I am looking for a little education on the spark advance number in my OBDII's live data function.
I am seeing a pretty big fluctuation - a plus or minus 405 points up and down at idle.

I will attach a screen.
I was hoping that someone might able to break down why that is happening and what a target number should be for my
1999 S70 GLT.

I would think at idle that number would be fairly static?

Sounds like a data glitch. GIGO
