2005 d5 oil level sensor

Post by kaneelschep »

Hi all.

My brother in law got a 2005 v70 d5. The 120kw. Which needs a new oill level sensor.
I checked a bit, but can only find a 230 euro volvo part?

When I search the parts catalog for for instance hella, it doesnt seem to have one. But Arent they all mosly hellas?

Is there an alternative for a more reasonable price you know of?

Thanks!

They were never sold in the US.
I think the gas version has a pressure switch, not oil level sensor.
