Hi all, I have a 2011 Volvo C30 hatchback 5 cyl turbo all that fun stuff. But here is my problem, I live in California so as some of you may know I have to have my car pass an Emissions test every 4 years. That being said it has come time for my car to pass said test and the 02 sensor is not functioning properly (or that is what we think the issue is) and we have replaced it twice and the codes still wont clear... any Ideas??
