My check engine light is on.

Car engine is operating with no obvious issues other than CEL. OBD code is REM-E010. I reset codes and CEL came back on. Fuse in REM is in good condition.

Could the REM code be causing the CEL?

What should I do to address the CEL?

What should I be looking for to find the cause of the REM code?

Thanks for your feedback and advice.

Possible causes, that code says the REM voltage is more than 3V less than the CEM voltage

Possible source
Half-burned fuse for the rear electronic module (REM)
Damaged power supply cable to the rear electronic module (REM)
Loose connections in the ground lead for the rear electronic module (REM)
Contact resistance or oxidation in the terminals.
Empty Nester
A Captain in a Sea of Estrogen
