03-04 v70 t5: I need a complete owners manual

I can't find a complete owners manual for v70 to download. I use to have a 2001 pdf but I trashed it. For some reason the 3 pdf downloads I have only go to page 143 or 144. The table of contents shows the fluids being on page 146. I'm trying to find out all fluid capacity specs for an 03-04 v70 t5. Also I wanted to see Volvo's viscosity chart to determine whether I wanted to buy 5w30 or 10w30. Who can help me or point out a website with complete 146 page pdf?
