Hello, I am having trouble finding replacement black plastic retainers for the wiper linkage. The arm for the driver side keeps popping off. I don’t really want to buy a whole new transmission.

Looks like an 850 from the engine bay, is that right?

Most on here rarely look at the front wiper linkage. I'm having a hard time understanding what part are you looking to fix or replace, though maybe someone else can tell.

The Ball and Socket joints rarely wear out.

It looks like the problem is the bent drivers side linkage arm. The bend would shorten the arm. The increased tension would cause the Ball and Socket joint to pop apart. The linkage arm need to be the correct length and geometry. Too short, it will pop off. Too long, it will pop off. If the Geometry is off, it will pop off.

You can pull a whole Wiper Transmission from a self service junk yard for ~$15.00 and some Elbow grease.
