I'm having intermittent troubles with driver door controls (e.g. locks, windows, speakers) on my 2014 XC70 T6.
I pulled back the rubber jacket on the wires between the dash and door, but found no breaks or damage.
I removed the door panel, unplugged all connectors I could find, spayed with contact cleaner and replugged.
No improvement.
So, I've decided to buy a new DDM. I'm sure I can install myself but understand I need to get it programmed to
work with my car. Is this done before or after installation? Can an independent shop do the programming or do
I go directly to a dealer?
Thanks for the advice.
