Replacing Rear Trailing Arm Bushing Mount

Hi Everyone-

When you fit the new trailing arm bushing to the transverse arm do you need to torque the bolt that goes through the center of the bushing on the ground with vehicle weight? Seem like it would be difficult once the arms are reinserted into axel brackets.
I know you torque the top down bolts going through the axle brackets when the car is down on wheels after alignment. I just did this job and torqued the bolts to the bushing on the arms on the ground while the arms were dropped, making sure they fit in the brackets with proper alignment so the top bolts when through easily. Is that ok?
Also - some instructions call for and additional angle torquing and some don't, is that necessary here?
