My US spec 740 brakes are locked on and cannot release

The ABS on a USA specification is locked on and all 4 wheels are locked

All 4 wheels are locked on and the ABS light is on. Any suggestions on how to proceed.

What have you tried to get brakes to release?
What is the condition of your brake fluid?

Farmall tractors: 1956 400 Diesel, 1946 A
