P0121
P0121 still coming in fault code. I have replaced the foot pedal and even from Swedish car parts. The car will start and run but is not drivable do to little response when pushing on foot pedal. Have followed etm bulletin from this sight on troubleshooting wiring down to etm. I have system voltage on the green wire downstream of connector going to etm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried speaking the Xemodex? They repair the ETM unit using contactless position sensors. But they can I believe help you to figure out if the ETM is the issue or something else. ETM's are an issue on 99-02 Volvos using the Magetti Marrelli (?) units.

But if you have a 99 to 02 car, the ETM is a very likely culprit.
