I found a small leaking at end of that metal tubing. Both ends are connected by half circle rubber tubing. I forgot to take a real picture. I found this one online.
The rubber connector tubing are aging, I need replace them. I don’t know what the part number is. Please help if you happen to know. Thank you. Justin

Look in the tascaparts.com on line catalog under "steering" for your car. I think you'll find that is the high pressure hose (from pump to rack) for the steering - the drawings will help you identify the hose and the part number.
