Angular style washer jets adjustment?

Both pumps now working on my 89 wagon (240) rear washer jet has little articulating ball swivel per normal for washer jets but my front jets hit too low and when I inspected jets, I found that they have little rectangular windows where washer fluid ejects from jet vs the little swivel ball jets that are easily adjusted - how is this style jet adjusted upward or are they a permanent fixed jet? Thanks!

At this point, it seems that the angular style is not adjustable which does not make any sense so I ordered the more traditional style with the adjustable articulating ball jets - winters coming!
