Is Adaptive Cruise Control a factory option?
Does anyone know if the Adaptive Cruise Control was a factory option on the P3 Volvos or could it be added to my 2008 XC70 if I were to find the components and install them? Thanks for any info...

Volvo introduced Adaptive Cruise Control ( ACC ) on all its models in 2015. Which would mean it was available for the 2015 & 2016 P3 XC70. A retrofit maybe possible for your 2008 XC70.

My 2009 S80 Exec has adaptive cruise from factory.
The 2008 model year had that option available. See the video:
I imagine it could be retrofitted but not sure how. My guess is, it's a much bigger job than adding CC to say a late 80's 240 or 740.
