Let’s get some details on the model, year, and trim line of the car you are driving? My 2005 V70 doesn’t have Bluetooth in the US, of course we don’t have health care here yet, either

If you've got a 2018, you'd fair better with answers in 2+ other sub-forums here.

As far as I'm aware, on-road call navigation requires a dash magnet and wired headset.
