Anti-theft can't unlock

I bought a 04 V70 a week ago, brought it home and it has sat since then. Tried to start it this A M and no start, after several tries the steering volume locked. so I an dead in the water. I REALLY need help!!!

Hi Steve,

Before you doing anything try turning the steering further in the direction it is pointing, meaning the direction of the front tires is pointed. This unbinds the steering wheel which locked if you try turning it without inserting the key to release it.
