What are the offical brands for Volvo water pumps?

Trying to get a water pump that isn't 3rd party crap. One place claims to buy pumps "from the same manufacture that makes them for Volvo" but the brand he mentioned was like "IPA" or something I don't recognize (he wasn't talking about ipdusa the website).

Does anyone know offhand what the different companies that make "official Volvo" pumps are? Is there one whose name sounds like "IPA" or anything along those lines?

I am not 100$ on these later cars, but I believed the OEM is Aisin, to the point the ones they sell have had the Volvo name ground off them. Volvo normally recommends changing the pump every second timing belt change.

The timing belt tensioner and idler pulley are made by INA.

I bought the Volvo branded kit with pulleys and belt 3 months ago, the water pump was an Aisin. I believe the belt was a Continental and the pulleys INA. Hope this helps

It’s AISIN and IPA is what you drink while doing the job , in moderation
