Where do I get an OBD to USB adapter/DiCE

I have a check engine, abs, and other warning lights on, along with a brake failure, and SRS service message. I need something that will be able to clear and read the codes and the Volvo-specific codes. I installed the pirated/cracked VIDA software, but what exactly do I need to connect my Volvo to the VIDA software? DiCE? A knockoff DiCE? Is there some generic adapter? Also, where would I buy it?

I'm thinking about getting this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1943112318.html. Should I get the one that says VXDIAG DiCE 2014D or just the one that says DiCE 2014D. Is there somewhere less sketchy and doesn't take a month to deliver where I can get it?
