Can you remove headlight reflectors?

I have a good aftermarket reflector in a crappy case and a good Volvo OE case with a crappy reflector. I recall a thread hoping to find a way to fix the reflectors, but does anyone know how to remove and re-fit them, or even if OE and aftermarket are even the same sub-structure?

I’ve studied these and the TYC and Volvo mounted are slightly different. Not sure if that swap will work. I thought I would have to do it when one of my TYC units came with the reflector loose but managed to fix it
