Front Wheel Bearing w/ABS and DTSC

My 2008 V70 with 135,000 mi has and intermittent ABS/DTSC issue where it engages while driving and essentially throttles back even on the highway. I am getting a tone wheel fault in the right front wheel and It is coinciding with the hum of a failing wheelbearing.

Couple of questions:

1) Would the failing wheel bearing cause the tone wheel fault? Considering its the same wheel and the same failing bearing I am hoping that changing the bearing/hub will clear up the ABS issue.

2) I see this hub is pressed in versus bolted. Are the press tools readily available from a loaner program like Autozone, etc or are they Volvo specific?
