I need to replace ac dryer since it started to leak and it would be a good idea to replace o rings too.
I need dimensions for o-rings for that job.

We can both search for the “ master 0-ring “ thread where both the part numbers and sizes are documented.
viewtopic.php?t=88579&hilit=Master+0+ring&start=10
Number 8 and 22 are the ones you want. Crap, I hope I sized 8 in that thread, left it off that pic
Sveedy measured them all. There are only two “ single orings in the system , not counting the tiny ones on the orficeb tube and the valves , so the drier number 8 is one of those two solo big guys in the picture

It looks like i'll need a 8 and 22a & 22b from your sketch...since the only leak i have is the dryer itself and that is what will be replaced.
22a & 22b goes at quick connect to dryer and 8 seems to go to the other connection on the dryer(hose line from/to compressor).
If i understand correctly...22a & 22b are the same dimensions (17.5 x 1.75mm)part # 3545416 and number 8 is part # 988843(14 x 1.78).

Just one more question to cover everything....
Hose connection on a dryer....do i need to unbolt a dryer from a hose connection or unbolt a hose connection from a dryer?
Rspi says in his video that he isn't sure if that bolt on a hose connection should be moving so he was spinning a dryer onto that hose connection to avoid breaking that line.
He also mentioned that he isn't sure if it is rusted solid or not meant to be moved.

The lower hex on the dryer is a counter hold , the upper hex is the nut. That being said, it’s really hard to get that one cracked on car. I usually remove the suction line from the compressor, new oring there of course, and then cut off the dryer with a Dremel to retrieve the suction line, then slide the dryer out.misha wrote: ↑04 May 2022, 15:57 Just one more question to cover everything....

Much easier to crack it off in vice.
m6 10mm hex head bolt to release the drier clamp.
New dryer from Rein is about $15 and it’s good to replace that part anyway.

+1 with abscate on this. That connection is nearly impossible to remove short of cutting it off, when off the car.

Thanks guys!
New dryer arrived (NRF),my ac shop says that it's excellent quality.
They didn't want to mess with it but they order the part for me and i will replace it myself.
I hope i'll get ac system back in function in a few days.

Here’s the beast. I’ve needed heat , even on the vice on the bench. Impossible on car unless that joint breaks clean

Ac system is fully functional again!
It took me about 2 hours to replace a dryer, including making a tool for quick connect line from a hose clamp from abscate's video from youtube shared here in MVS last year.
Didn't had any problems with quick connect line or with a nut from a compressor hose line which bolts onto dryer.
I guess this all went ok because system was always maintained by a professional shop every 2-3 years.
O-rings were cleaned in place, lubed with AC oil & re-used since they looked better and softer than the ones which came with a replacement dryer.
Original ones are yellow, replacement are green, but original ones looked a hair thicker.
I drove a car to a professional ac shop, they did what it is needed and checked quick connection line and a line from a dryer with a sniffer detector.
No leaks!
Re-used o rings are ok and, even they looked good and soft,i was a bit affraid that they will fail a sniffer detector test at ac shop.
"Knock on wood",everything is ok now.
Here is the old dryer: It seems that all of them fail in the same spot...where the bracket keeps them in place.
Original Volvo part # 9166044 from old dryer.
In rspi video part # on original dryer was 9187629
