Is this a serious post? Does the author really consider passing another vehicle an "emergency situation"? If this is a serious post, I offer this simple analogy: what would happen to an Olympic runner if he/she were to move no faster than required to maneuver from the couch to the refrigerator? Your engine requires exercise, as well. Abuse is abuse, but exercise is beneficial. Learn to enjoy your car---and if you live in California, please stay in the right lane... That's me behind you in the fast lane, trying to maintain the limit (read: NOT 5 mph below it). Mike
