| Please tried to understand what I am saying, I am a NEWBIE in any automtive field. Thank.... "the horn clip has broken, that's why it keep horning and replace entire steering wheel will cost US$680"
So currently I have unplug the horn.
I got second opinion from Local Volvo machanic and he said,
"I can just take the steering off and replce the "home-made" clip which will cost you $200." I can tell the clip only broken on one side, in other word, I can just place a insulator on the broken side...but I don't know how to take the steering wheel off to get to the horn clip area. please advice, thanks. |
