My 89 740Gl A/C seems to divert air flow under acceleration. The car also seems to run sluggish and is definitely more noticeable on very hot days. On my way to work in morning with A/C on air flow does not divert and car accelerates well but on way home in evening it seems sluggish and A/C air diverted. I have checked vacuum lines, canister etc. and have read forums about a "check valve" anyone tell me where and what it looks like? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. thanks.
