| My '91 740 wagon was totalled (other guy's fault) and now I need a new wagon. A snazzy, red, sun-roof, dual-climate control, CD player, suede interior, blonde wood dash board, w/ 107,000 miles is for sale and I am told it is an 850R "Hi-Conversion Turbo" '96. I don't know anything about this type of car. Obviously previous owner took extremely good care of it, but I am not a mechanic and don't want lots and lots of costly repairs in the future. I won't be putting more that 2,500 miles per year on the car. Do you know anything about repair record of this type of car? Or anything else that might be of help in deciding whether to buy it? |
