Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
What Speed Signal from ABS module output to dashboard meter speedo input pin signal looks like. Honestly. Volvo own information is confusing. If you check from ABS pins it shows correctly output being some like "U= 0 - U Bat Voltage depends on position of front wheel" But it wont say is it...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
I ended up switching the wiper arms with those from a Dodge Shadow. I just couldn't deal with how the passenger side arm stood so high above the hood line. Now they both sit down below the cowl. Much cleaner look. I did have to do a little modifying of the drivers side arm. And I never heard ( or h...

Re: VGLA code - can you obtain it yourself?
If I am reading this right it looks like I can swap my VGLA unit on top of dash from Shagg into the Kat and have a working remote? :D :D Still wondering about this. The real deep understanding would be to know where vida is actually writing key information Lock control module 2-76? VGLA unit? CDM? ...

Re: VGLA code - can you obtain it yourself?
I can’t risk it on Evita, the 99 S70. That car has a CANBUS problem that doesn’t go quiet, so I can’t add keys even in VIDA . If I somehow knock the keys off, a really reliable working car becomes a brick Only known ways i know V70's keeps losing keys is low battery + cranking many time situations ...

Re: Ticking Noise! Volvo 850! Help...
Cars costing 1k or 10k are not to keep in money wise value as collectibles and in repairs you stop thinking car value to be honest. You either do the job or dont (want pay for the job or make the effort). As usually you lose that imaginable money value of the car in insurances, petrol, taxes etc.. j...
