Re: Does anyone repair ECC modules?
You can’t just publish a site and tell people to read the directions and then capture the cash in garbage bins? 😀😀😀 I'm a middle-aged dude trying to limit my contact with people, or at least what a lot of people have become. It used to be a smooth operation up until maybe 5 years ago. That's when I...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
Here's my first post! I bought a broken C70 Coupe sight unseen with a probably blown Engine! I am looking forward to learning from others. We had many 240 series Volvos in my 20s as hand-me-downs. I guess this is where the seed was planted and the madness started? Then upgraded to V70s when the chil...

Re: 00 V70R - CV boot/axle repair questions
I can only suggest a way to fit the boot over the spline without cutting. Create a thin sleeve from coke can or similar beverage and tape it to the spline. This will protect the sleeve when pushed over the spline.

This morning just before 8:00... . D6263EE5-5F90-4D77-96F4-B46DDB04C860.jpeg . Nothing but Mobil 1 5w-30 and Chevron Supreme. (Only 90 octane here, but ZERO corn syrup ). At least 6 hours of plug-in time if she’s outside. And she’ll get to run for at least a half hour before she rolls. Or the heated...

Re: Volvo Findings! (What have you found on Craigslist?)
Get your Yellow. You know you've always wanted one. I have mine, for quite a few years now, she is my baby. That is a very nice car. And, I know I am almost alone on this, but I think the sedan is the far better looking, compared to the wagon. Not quite sure how that wagon thing took over. I mean i...

Re: 13g to 16t swap
Thank you so much for the info. I believe my car is a straight flange not an able one, can I still use the 16T turbo with a straight flange? No, not without changing downpipes. If you get an angle flange downpipe to match you can run a 16T. 15G is the straight flange version. Get that instead to av...

Re: P80 Valve cover bolt Helicoil , oil leak 985135
I had to look them up to remember the difference. This is informative. The idea of a piece of Helicoil falling into a spark plug hole is a huge difference.
