I would look for loose suspension parts. It sounds like something is moving and it shouldn't be. Either that or you have a rubber bushing that is so worn out that the metal is contacting each other when you hit big bumps. It doesn't seal well...that's why you have high idle.Engine is sucking "false" and unmetered air.
Did you re-connect flame trap flange and hose on it?
Also...check that ribbed hose for air induction between maf and throttle body is tight and have no leaks.

Why that MAF sits upside down?

That open hose is your unmetered air and this high idle
