Sounds like you're making progress! Excellent. Dry needle wears off, but it's measured in months. It's really a stepping stone to be able to stretch and build muscle rather than a solution. I've found stretching to be the closest thing to a cure. I'm going to snowboard this weekend for the first tim...

I stopped in to see friends at Denver Distillery https://denverdistillery.com/ two days ago. First photo is a 55-gal drum of bourbon. Second is the DD owner, a fantastic guy named Ron. Really good guy, full of life, humor, personality, and if you want it, advice.
