deferred maintainance is all that is. If the belt is oiled it should be changed, any seal can be done at that time. Loosen the oil dipstick to relieve crankcase pressure for now. the wirig harness is suspect, a volvo tech said they swap it out with the ETM, seems the gold plating on the plug wears of from unplugging and replugging.
