Check B+ connections at fuse box, starter, and alternator, check for resistance in B+ connections, then check grounds. Try bridging starter relay with two screwdrivers or a wire. Drove on this rotor for way too long. Quite unsafe. Being poor is expensive. Two dohs!

Mine went away after some seafoam and an oil change. Probably a dirty lifter.
