That looks like a Mongoose JLR clone (Jaguar/Land Rover). You can find them for $40.00. They do work with VIDA and Volvo. If you have a 64 bit operating system most likely you will need to download the 64 bit drivers from DrewTech's website.

Just a quick follow up: My Mongoose JLR Pro clone V160 is working flawlessly and MUCH better than my DICE ever worked.
