Re: 96 850 Time for Struts and Shocks, what's good now?
I have a 98 S70 T5 and a 96 850 Turbo. In 2006, I installed Koni Front Struts (8710) and Bilstein rear shocks on the 850. It's time to replace them as the ride is harsh, teeth chattering, and every pot hole in the road the road feels like I'm jumping the Grand Canyon. In 2015, I needed to replace t...

Re: 98 S70 T5 Part #9463088 Fuel Tank Vent Hose, No Longer Available?
It looks like you may have to go the make your own route. I am not sure if this pipe is pressurized or not. If not then shouldn't be too hard. If it is then creativity will be required with possibly barber fittings. Pelican parts claims to have it in stock: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info2/94...

Re: 98 S70 T5 Part #9463088 Fuel Tank Vent Hose, No Longer Available?
For me, the fuel pump gasket has been the most common cause of fuel tank leaking when full. May want to check that carefully. It's at the top of the fuel pump, under the lock ring, so access is. quick and easy. Check that the top of the pump is dry, fill up, check if it's wet right on top of the pump.

Re: 98 S70 T5 Part #9463088 Fuel Tank Vent Hose, No Longer Available?
I have two tanks with hardware sitting in my stash and can check for this part, but it isn’t a known failure point. Inspect it first before breaking the factory seals.

Plus one on the fuel pump gasket, a couple of mine have seeped there enough to stink up the car.

Re: 98 S70 T5 Part #9463088 Fuel Tank Vent Hose, No Longer Available?
Without having the exact measurements on hand for the hose... I think you could easily replace it with a generic hose. A fuel grade silicone hose would be easy to stretch over the bigger diameter.

Re: EVAP hose?
Sorry, but no obvious suggestions as to how to fix this. There is a similar but much longer pipe on the P80 AWD cars on the top of the tank. I have read of that being repaired in a similar method to what you are suggesting. Hard part is the short length you have to work with. I'm wondering if a sili...

Re: EVAP hose?
Where in the world are you Rick? I just put the part number you posted and it came up at several places in Europe and US. Now if they actually have it may be the question: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info2/9463088.htm https://www.rendcarparts.com/parts-for-volvo-car/9463088/RD9463088A https://...
