I have replaced the transmission, radiator, did PCV clean, power steering rear hose, Electronic throttle, timing belt, parking brake shoes, belt idler, cam solenoid and fuel pum...

Re: PCV breather box replacment pdf/slide show

Good luck, let me know if you have fresh notes to add after your xc90 project :)

For me visual steps slideshow works best and easier than scrolling paper notes or video while working.

I wanna do a Timing belt + water pump slide show pdf and share soon as well.

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today?

Did a headlight restoration on my '06 V70. White compound, 400/600/2000 sandpaper, water spray bottle, carnuba wax, 3hrs., and a lot of elbow grease and they almost look new.

Was the MM ETM replaced with a Bosch unit across all models for the 2003 model year or just some?

Re: What do you think?

Check the battery age and battery cable condition. These cars must have top condition battery to function properly. Confirm the charging system is strong. Obtain a code reader for Volvo or the full Vida Dice setup.

Keep your speed down and make sure you understandtongue loading. You measure that , don’t guess.

Heres a good motivational video of how things go wrong. Note that the thing that starts the sequence is a small lane correction
