Re: Have a code scanner recommendation?

I use an Actron made by Bosch. Works fine - no issues. But I don't think it reads SRS or trans codes etc. Just the basic stuff.

Re: Have a code scanner recommendation?

I recently purchased an Innova 6030P, about $80.
Reads ABS, live data bluetooths to phone with Repair Solutions 2 app. (Free). Downsides short cable, really need 2 people to read live data while driving.

Re: What does your garage look like?

Nice. Charles and Ray Eames design manufactured by Herman Miller. Spare parts are available at a H-M store, which they have to have in Denver. We even have one here and they just put free arms on my office chair At 12 years old!

Re: Sirius Magnetic Antenna Installation on XC90 Help

Hey! Forgot to follow up. I ended up switching my phone plan to an unlimited data plan and subscribing to Sirius XM through the app. For the connection from my phone to the radio, I am using an Amazon Echo Auto plugged into the Aux port and that actually works really well. Seemed to be the cleanest ...

There is no ball bearing/slug or anything that can come loose and destroy your engine. It has 01-02 stamped on the head. I believe Volvo fitted defective bolts t...

blower motor for ECC going on blink

A week ago, on the hottest day of the year so far, the normal behaviour - fan speed going high on request for maximum AC gradually reducing as bin temperature falls stopped work in a short journey. After a few minutes the process restarted, ran for a few seconds and then died. I reasoned that this w...
