Re: Tricks for finding a coolant leak
I feel like many members here would advocate for pressure testing the system at this time. Some crafty members were able to drill spare coolant cap and install pressurizing port/valve there. Some(me), would be too lazy to do it and would pay dealer/shop 1 hour labor just not to do it. Some, would go...

Re: Tricks for finding a coolant leak

Spraying some dishsoap water showed bigger bubbles. Try smearing liquid soap around the coolant banjo bolts at the turbo. Or do th...

I finally received my new fog lights after ordering them a little over a month ago (they were on back order). I just installed them today and figured I should post what I did in case anyone else wants to reference it. Here are the aftermarket lights I bought on iPD (made by Professional Parts Sweden...

Re: ‘01 Stop/neutral TCM Update
That is very funny that is literally all it takes. Contacted another dealer outside of my town and they gave me the correct info. Turns out that TJ 16761 is the PDF/Document outlining the software, and P/N 30677036 is the correct TCM update which includes the stop/neutral control fix. Just providing...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
For a while now these pressure..there was just something that did not make sense. If the TCM commands 122 psi hold pressure, a static parameter...well that is too low, but according to the internet, at WOT at the clutches we should get up to 287 psi at 80 psi main line pressure So I guess here we ha...

Re: $10,000 S80 Challenge
I bought the Bilstein B4 struts.
Compressing the spring was a challenge but I figured it out.
Good luck and if you find something that works well and you are happy with post it here for others to read about.
Take care
Paul
