We used a block of wood, and a hammer. I pounded from the back of the rotor. I thought I was going to warp the rotor with all the pounding. At one point, I didn't care about the rotor. I believe one guy cut his off with an angle grinder. Keep whacking and think of all the poor souls who are in a gym...
