You can pretty much count o the evaporator being toasted in the p80s in these times. It’s a big dash out job but it’s stupid labor . Spread it out over a couple weekends so you have time to glue and fix the dash mounts too.
I’ve got room at stony brook garage , too

SOLD 2007 Volvo S60 T5 M66 Manual 140K $6000 OBO
My name is David Hauf and I’ve been a long time Volvo enthusiast, at around 2017 I was made aware of a 2007 Volvo S60 T5 which had been imported from Sweden from a coworker that knew I loved these cars, she told me it was for sale by her sister and brother in law in NH. I took a drive up with a trai...

Another way to disconnect fuel lines at fuel pump
I put these under the fittings and pulled up.
They engaged the retainer rings surprisingly well.
Thanks to the other threads on here that showed the construction of the fittings as it's impossible to see under there.
The fittings are like the push-on plastic fittings sold at hardware stores.

Re: 99' S70, 5-speed, Immobilizer Problem. End of the road for Matilda?
Interesting. No idea what that black wire is. Could it be that issue has been there for a long time and someone ran a direct feed to the pump from a live source somewhere else in the harness to bypass the immobiliser?

Re: What did you do to your P2 Volvo today?
My neighbour just bought a Rivian SUV and took me for a spin in it last week. It's a beautiful amazing vehicle that has more acceleration than I've ever felt in a vehicle in my life, even weighing in at 7000 lbs. It's easily the fastest vehicle I've ever been a passenger in.....by far. I told him I'...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
Pulled some premium rear deck speakers from a s60. The brackets are mostly the same except for the tweeter piece and left is right and right is left to match up the mounting holes and it won’t fit correctly with the trunk hinge there. The cover doesn’t fit exactly as the tweeter is covered by the ce...
