Light foot definitely, since TCV only triggers in high engine loads, when it needs to get rid of of boost quickly. Vacuum leak was probably minimal, fuel trim idn't migrate to out of range yet.

DEM error is either bad pressure+temperature sensor or dead pump. Pump lasts about 10-11 years. Can be a bad DEM, too.

I think this is called a prefilter, and you can find it on "offroad" filters. This foam was stock on my TRD Offroad Tundra, it helps with keeping elements like snow off the main filtration surface.

It looks pretty good. But personally, I'd consider porting it to something like the STM32F743. It's much cheaper and more compact. Cracker needs more MHz than this thing has. Some CEMs won't crack with Teensy running at 180 MHz, for example. Also it needs a built-in CAN, external CAN controller via...
