I would get the clips #18. p/n 1202841, superceded by 30624275, looks like FCP has them for $2.29. They are cheap and you need them to hold the front up. Don't forget the 2x #30, the bolts at the sides. It's a flange screw, pn 985743 that Volvo lists at $2.67 each. I don't know about the louver #32....
