Turbocharge pipe connection to intercooler had become disconnected. To provide access to repair the AC compressor clutch bearing, I had earlier removed the charge pipe hose connection at the intercooler inlet. I had difficulty getting the hose clamp in place because of adjacent wiring harness crowd...

When you use an oetiker clamp there they neither leak nor come off unless the crankcase has excessive pressure. You can use hose clamps on hoses and kids fingers at birthday parties.

Both of those codes are related to cam timing. Probably whoever did the timing belt didn’t preload it correctly so it’s off. The 99 and 00 are finicky And take time to get right
