Re: The Resurrection of Ekaterina 1999 S70 AWD silver
When I replaced the fuel pump on my 99 v70xc, I did the partial-tank-drop using Robert's video as guidance. I dropped the tank three times in one weekend because of f' ups and overlooking things. The first time took me about 12 hours...then it it got 50% quicker each try. Have plenty of jacks. Have ...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
Got to use my new wheel cribs - Love them ! I needed to change my downpipe and exhaust, as well as the exhaust flange on the turbo, and these made the job much easier. I could spin around on the creeper without hitting any jack stands, and these actually bring the car up about 2" - 3" high...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?

Well all is now good. Clogged pump is replaced, but fuel leak when filled. This was fixed by the dealer. The 'O' ring had not seated properly allowing it to leak. Re: 1999 s70 awd Ekaterina fuel pump Service by tank drop without axle drop
I know I have a bunch of them somewhere. I'll see if I can find them and measure. Fairly certain the larger ones are M12 x 1.25 but will confirm if I can find them later on.

Re: 1999 s70 awd Ekaterina fuel pump Service by tank drop without axle drop
Is the 2nd bolt the smaller one? I can't find an obvious one in my stash. I was close but no cigar on the larger bolt! M12 x 1.75. That is the larger of the 2 bolt sizes. The front and rear bolts holding the sub-frame to the bottom of the car. Guessing from your info it is Volvo # 949793. I would ju...
