Turning and the antiskid appearing/disappearing could well be the steering angle sensor (SAS), a code read from a diagnostic tool may confirm. TMPS has no sensor in the spare, really dumb system that's capable of using a ton of aftermarket sensors. System description is noted here- https://www.swede...
