Just because a relay clicks does not necessarily mean it's working. You know the contacts are closing but the contacts may be coroded or pitted and not passing current.

I would look real close for cracks all around the corrogations on the plastic pipe just after the MAF sensor.

For those interested. A disected OEM rear engine mount from a 2000 S70 GLT SE that was leaking. . I saw in another thread that aftermarket mounts maybe solid rubber and not hydraulic. I did replace my rear mount with a Corteco so maybe that's why I have the vibration?

Just be ready for that blower to jump across the bench when you put power to it.
