Thanks. No cooling needed here (except a couple of weeks this summer!) I have a local guy pricing a Lochinvar boiler to replace this one. You can put a piggyback water tank on it to replace the old electric.

All manual system in my house. You pull a manual double pole isolator at the box to disconnect the red circuit from the mains, then plug the generator into the red circuit.
