BOdy fit Andy finish are a big lift from P80s

Not that I know of.

Thermal overload on the CEM on 2004
Water intrusion into the CEM on 2004
Slow CANBUS issues on 2002-2004

Maybe some Haldex stuff I don't know about on later P2s

Update SEP 2019 If you search the part number, you will find that the pin quality of the rebuilds basically is sub par. My S70 lockedup both calipersdue to corroded aftermarket pins, which are poor quality stainless steel One of the reasons the rebuilds are so cheap are the cheap pins. Save your OEM...

Did you strip down the wire, clean it up well, fresh cut etc? Just dumping in solder may not fix things. Well I suppose the thing to do there is just check if it is still heating up.

I saved the OEM pins when I replaced them and I used ATE brake grease that I think I found on sale at FCP one time. I've had so many freeze up over the years that I try to use the correct type and I don't put too much on, just enough. I thought the pins on the rebuilds just didn't look right - chea...
