For the rear spoiler you'll have to delete the tailgate light and use a masking black sticker.
You will have to use the tailgate light connector. Should be plug & play if all the leds are working.

I did the replacement plastic lens cover on the XC70. It's a pretty involved work but worth it! Bought the lenses from VParts in Sweden.
