Hey now, this is a family environment. Keep those curves in check sir!

Otherwise fantastic location for a photoshoot. I especially like the contrast between the background and the vehicle.

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?

The plastic harness into which the headlight bulb plugs fell apart as soon as I removed it from the assembly, so I went to take one from the T5, and the same thing happened. I can snug the connectors back on to a new bulb, but is there a more permanent fix? I had this happen to my xc90. I spliced i...

Use Google. Type your keywords followed by "site:matthewsvolvosite.com". This works much better.

Opened it up, cleaned the O ring and replaced. So far no new gas leakage but I'm gonna wait at least a week before reass...

Re: Custom 3D Printed Parts for P80 Volvos

I've dabbled in 3d parts for my own cars but I haven't made the jump to ASA yet. I know its better for UV resistance and high temps. But I'm think bigger parts than emblems or lock pins.

Re: Custom 3D Printed Parts for P80 Volvos

Things that come to mind would be any and all interior trim pieces, I designed a replacement for the inner door handle housing several years ago. I bet it would go better in ASA now. Door cards would interesting. The holy grail of interior parts will always be with the dash board. The piece of the d...
