Re: Looks like coolant
There is a heater hose attached right around that area, on the side of the head. Feel around and see if it's wet. I'm betting it's leaking right where it attaches to the fitting.

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
The CBV retainer should come apart with a little force. They're pretty sturdy, no need to worry about breaking the plastic. IMG_20210522_125645787_HDR.jpgI know that this is a Volvo forum but sometimes you have to show something that makes everyone go, Wow! And this is what interupted me changing my...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
PB blaster will do just fine. I have the delta link swap just about wrapped up, and I am happy to report EVERY single mounting location is in place on the AWD chassis. I had to drill out one weld on a bracket for the AWD gas tank, but the boss/stationary nut for the bolt for the charcoal canister wa...

Finally... P80 AWD Delta Link Rear Suspension Swap
After months of contemplation, I finally swapped out my 2000 V70R’s AWD multilink rear suspension for the FWD delta link rear suspension. It has been done before, but no information was floating around in the many Volvo forums. So, I figured I’d make a writeup on what’s needed to complete this swap....
